Ryan grew up playing every sport in the book. A natural athlete and a bit of a daredevil, he’s excelled in ice hockey, baseball, gymnastics, soccer, tennis, basketball, skiing, snowboarding, bike riding, rock climbing and golf. It wasn’t until he discovered yoga in his 20s that he realized his full potential as a serious fitness professional. He now uses his knowledge and strength gained from his yoga practice to hone his skills at the greens, in the fields, and on the courts and cliffs. His wish is to share this with other sport players.


Yoga Core for Athletes is meant to strengthen the core, develop a sense of lightness and improve balance. Participants overcome challenges and balance out the ego with: abdominal strengthening, working on hands and feet, lower and upper back strengthening, and developing a full range of movement. Emphasis is on using arm balancing and inversion to conquer fears.


Ryan designs and adapts his signature Core movement for the professional and non-professional  athlete of any sport with step-by-step instruction and optional variations.
